Chakra Series: The Root Chakra
Welcome to the seventh and final post in our chakra series, where we are exploring each of the seven chakras in depth. Today, we are working with the Root Chakra.
The Root Chakra (also known as Muladhara) is the first chakra located at the base of the spine. It governs our stability, strength, and physical safety. It’s associated with the color red and the symbol of the lotus with 4 petals, signifying the 4 earthly elements (earth, water, fire, and air). Unblocking this chakra fosters grounding and security.
