30,45, 60, or 90 Minute Crystal Sound Bowl Healing
A sound bath is a full body meditative experience meant to calm the mind and body. Shepherd uses crystal singing bowls to produce vibrational resonant sounds that stimulate therapeutic healing. With over 15 years of experience in energy work and healing arts, she has the most soothing energy and you are bound to leave this meditation session feeling revived! Let the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls wash over you and melt your stress away while expanding your mind. During this session you will remain fully clothed and go on a guided sound journey, allowing for some time in the Theta brainwave state. The final 5 minutes of the session will allow you to integrate and ground back into your body. Aromatherapy and crystals are also incorporated, can also include Reiki.
30 or 60 Minute Sonic Bowl Healing
This is not your typical hands on massage. The client remains fully clothed and the massage is done with Tibetan singing bowls placed on and around the body. Reiki and aromatherapy are infused into this magical experience.
