60, 90, or 120 Minute Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage combines a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the individual. Therapeutic treatments involve slow strokes, deeper pressure, and medical massage techniques such as myofascial release (manipulation of connective tissue called facia), trigger point therapy (compression therapy on pain referral points), and stretching. These individualized massages are tailored to address chronic pain and injuries, improve range of motion, boost circulation and reduce tension.

60 Minute Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is utilized to stimulate the movement of the lymphatic fluid in the body to assist in cleansing and detoxifying. The lymphatic system sits right under your skin, so this is a very light pressure massage. Using a gentle rhythmic technique that cleanses the connective tissue of inflammatory materials and toxins, this massage improves the immune system, reduces pain, and regulates the sympathetic nervous system. Can be pre or post-op. If post-op, must have doctor’s permission.

60, 90 or 120 Minute Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a method that uses slow, gliding strokes in a light to medium pressure. These rhythmic strokes allow the body and the the mind to fall into a state of deep relaxation. This technique also helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, boost the immune system and increase flexibility.

30 Minute Focused Massage

Our short and sweet massage tailored to address one problematic area of the body. These treatments are beneficial for many conditions such as low back pain, frozen shoulder, stiff neck and traps, carpal tunnel, sciatica, headaches, hand pain and many more.

45 Minute Cleansing Massage

This treatment includes cleansing, toning, a Farm House Fresh Facial Mask (3 to choose from) and a moisturizing massage for the face. Arm, hand, and foot massage also included.

60 or 90 Minute Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage is a form of massage for expecting mothers focused on relieving physical pain and promoting a healthy pregnancy. Each prenatal massage is customized to the individual’s needs as the body fluctuates and changes throughout pregnancy. During pregnancy, your body’s center of gravity changes and the pelvic joints weaken. These are big changes that need extra support to help you find relief! Benefits include:

  • increase circulation

  • improve mobility

  • lower stress- mentally as well as physical stress on weight-bearing joints

  • reduce swelling

  • release endorphins and stabilize hormones

  • improve posture

  • regulate blood pressure

  • all-natural and drug-free form of pain relief

  • reduce fatigue

Some moms ask about the safety of a prenatal massage, but not to worry! Our therapists are specially trained in how to position and support the body during this massage, allowing for either face-down or side laying positioning. We also have two full-body pregnancy pillows to choose from to make the experience as comfortable as possible for mom. It is recommended for mothers to start prenatal massages after their first trimester and they may continue up until their due date. If you have a high risk pregnancy or any concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.
