Chakra Series: The Third Eye Chakra
Welcome to the second stop in our Chakra Series, where we are exploring each of the seven chakras in depth. Today, we are working with the Third Eye Chakra.
The Third Eye Chakra, (also known as Ajna in Sanskrit), is the sixth chakra, located between the brows. It governs clarity, intuition, understanding, and spiritual insight. It’s associated with the color indigo and the symbol of the two-petaled lotus, representing the balance of duality. Unblocking this chakra fosters intuition, imagination, and wisdom.
